The Broughton Hall Estate has been owned by the Tempest family since 1097 and the Hall is one of the few remaining private family houses available for exclusive hire. The Hall is beautifully homely, radiating warmth and hospitality, offering a grand setting for any occasion.

Inside

Every interior is immaculate and every facility belongs firmly in the 21st century; this is a luxury home for modern times too. The interiors are quintessentially English, from the opulence of the formal Red Drawing Room, to the splendour of the 19th century conservatory; from the magnificent dining room to the fun and frivolity of the billiard room, Broughton is there for you to take pleasure in. This stunning property features a saloon, library, green drawing room, red drawing room, billiard room, conservatory, dining room, chapel, old kitchen and wine cellar.

Bedrooms

The bedrooms at Broughton are all wonderfully furnished and totally individual, yet all delightfully comfortable providing you with peace and tranquility. Each bedroom has splendid views of the parkland or formal gardens. All of the bathrooms are all equipped with the very best classic British fitments, designed in traditional style. 17 bedrooms. The Hall is home to 9 double en suite bathrooms, 1 single and 2 doubles. The Penthouse enjoys 2 double and 1 single, while the Chapel Flat boast 1 double and a twin.

Outside

The Broughton Hall Estate extends to approximately 3000 acres, comprising landscaped parkland, formal gardens, rivers and woodland. It is a paradise for walkers, cyclists, fisherman, and nature lovers alike. The Estate plays host to all manner of occasions from music festivals to country shows to open air theatre events in the Walled Garden.

This historic country house is located on edge of the Yorkshire Dales, close to the market town of Skipton and enjoys easy communications with the cities of Leeds and Manchester. Broughton Hall is located 2 miles to the west of Skipton on the A59.
