This secluded and private property consists of the Chateau which has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and enjoys stunning views over the countryside to the hills and mountains of the Luberon; the Farm which has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; and the Apartment which has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
There are in total 3 separate kitchens, several indoor and outdoor dining areas and a large choice of indoor drawing rooms and outdoor seating areas where one can just relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It is ideal for 10 – 12 people although can sleep up to 18 comfortably.
The décor throughout is one of quiet elegance with original stone flagged floors and a mixture of French Chateau style and British refinement with lovely furniture and comfortable sofas and beds.
Next to the farm is a superb swimming pool complex with a large, heated pool, surrounded by a fantastic sun terrace from where one can relax and enjoy the fabulous views of the countryside. This is equipped with a summer kitchen and a covered terrace with separate living and dining area as well as a BBQ.
Below the swimming pool is a large games room with snooker table, ping pong and baby football.

The Estate is very much located in the Golden Triangle of the Luberon valley, South of France.
Solange, the housekeeper will be at the house 4 days a week. There is also a handyman available and the gardener is at the house every Wednesday. Pool will be open, heated and maintained once a week.
The property is self-catered, although a chef can be hired at an extra cost.
The medieval villages of Viens and Rustral nearby. Both have village shops and bakeries.
The picturesque villages of Menerbes, Goult, Bonnieux and Gordes are all within 30 minutes and have great local restaurants and markets.
Aix en Provence and Avignon and all their various festivals and attractions are only 60 minutes away.
Meanwhile for the more adventurous Monaco, St Tropez and the coast is only a short helicopter ride away.
