The interior is classically French with soft neutral fabrics and antique-style furnishings. The living area is elegantly furnished with a mix of antique and contemporary furniture against a soothing backdrop of cool contemporary artwork. A large open fireplace and large comfortable sofas are some of the features creating a sumptuous, authentically French atmosphere. The living area opens out onto a generous veranda where guests can enjoy stunning views of the Mediterranean.
8 exceptional bedrooms all with ensuite. The 4 bedrooms in the main house (with an additional 4 bedrooms in the guest wing) are furnished with an eclectic mix of period and modern classics. They are decorated with a light and airy touch, and are equipped with everything to ensure that guests feel at home. Each room is unique in style and ambiance, featuring eye-catching furnishings and striking art. Relaxation comes naturally with oversized pillows, exquisite furnishings and fine linens.
The guest wing of the villa has its own private entrance, accessible via the courtyard. It contains 4 luxury guest bedrooms and a self-contained kitchenette providing guests with privacy and comfort during their stay. The warm and stylish ambiance makes for the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Completely private, the villa is set in over an acre of walled garden brimming with rose bushes, plants and shrubs. Local plants include extensive areas of lavender, an agapanthi walk and beds of iceberg roses with Arboussier and Mimosa trees.
The magnificent large pool has steps on one end to ease access. There are two showers in this area, outdoor and indoor and a pool slide. Security for the pool is provided by laser beams on all sides. Surrounding the pool are extensive gardens with sun loungers and parasols to laze the day away in comfort.
The Pool House, with its natural Burgundy stone floors and open exposure, is a great spot to relax and entertain. The kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, cooker, gas barbecue (catering size) and all the dinnerware and cookware that you would expect in a high-end kitchen. An island bar separates the kitchen from the living area with its large open log fireplace and oversized cushions for extra comfort. This area has a TV point and music system. This opens out with a large dining table & chairs for 20 people.
The villa contains large spacious verandas that go the full length of the house and are linked to the enclosed courtyard. The verandas off the living room and kitchen are the ideal place to enjoy an al fresco lunch or a candle-lit dinner under the stars. The bedroom verandas on the other hand have sun loungers or hammocks, perfect for relaxing and watching the world go by.
The property is located in Rayol-Canadel, a 35 minutes drive from St. Tropez.
