Testimonials

‘We are 2 families with 3 small children and had a fantastic time at the house. It is beautiful and deceptively spacious – decorated and furnished with great attention to detail, with linen/towels that really felt like a hotel rather than a self catering home. We loved the area – so special to be right by the sea and great for walking – it has a real undiscovered feel about it. We can’t wait to come back – hopefully it doesn’t get too booked up now!’ (Marnie)

‘We found a little piece of heaven here! The most fantastic week – which my sons and I will remember for a long time to come – this was old fashioned seaside England at its best! The house is fantastic (I still dream of sitting on that terrace!) and the landscape and surrounding area is glorious. The utter peace and feeling of tranquility was amazing – we booked the house again for next year before we’d even left! We can’t wait to return!’ (Emma)

“The extended Pelling clan stayed in this magical house near Rye at the end of the summer hols and I can’t recommend it highly enough. It’s unbelievably comfortable and the stretch of beach outside is paradise on earth. If any Facebook friends are interested, I can give them further details. It’s particularly well suited to a group of four adults, with four or five children in tow” (Rowan – Journalist)
