The property  features a main house, a pigoniere guest cottage and a new independent guest cottage. The villa is totally private and not overlooked by any other property. The pigoniere guest cottage overlooks the pool and is totally self-contained with a tiled shower, toilet and wash basin, custom-made solid oak kitchen, and a sitting room with an open fireplace and amazing views over the pool area and beyond to the village of Plan de La Tour. The new independent guest cottage has a kitchen, with a lovely pergola terrace seating 8 people.

Bedroom 5 has Twin beds which can be pushed together to form a King. It includes  a bathroom and is located in the new independent guest cottage. Each bathroom has a toilet and basin and in addition there is a guest cloak room.

Things to Do

There is a selection of good restaurants, a pizzeria, créperie and café and a variety of boulangeries,

butchers and mini markets. Once a week there is a great outdoor food/all sorts market. We normally

stock up on essentials at the mega market on the way in to Plan de la Tour and then use the shops and

market in Plan de la Tour for our daily needs. There are some great vineyards nearby selling local

rose, red and white wines. In fact, our favourite wine comes from the grapes growing at the foot of our

hill, ‘Les Marquets’.

We have a great Provencal restaurant called ‘La Quinta’, 10 minutes’ walk from our house. It has a

lovely terrace overlooking the vineyards and the village beyond and has a wonderful menu using the

finest locally grown ingredients. We can also suggest a number of near by restaurants.

The nearest beach is in the charming resort of St Maxime which is just 15 minutes drive from La

Petite Cachette. La Nartelle beach is the favourite with young families, as the beach is very flat and

has shallow water. Seehttp://www.sainte-maxime.com

St Tropez with its shops and buzzing atmosphere is just a 30-minute drive over the hill. A special

place to visit when you tire of relaxing at La Petite Cachette, St Tropez has excellent restaurants and

we have our favourites which we can recommend.
