The Barn can be booked on its own or in conjunction with the Clockhouse which it discreetly interconnects making it an ideal family holiday cottage for parties, anniversaries or special occasions.


There are exposed beams and spectacular views aplenty in the first-floor sitting room, which also features sofa beds and adjacent wet room to accommodate up to two additional guests if required. The kitchen and breakfast room features a cook’s kitchen complete with range cooker and all the modern conveniences, delightful Arts & Crafts furniture and large floor-to-ceiling French windows.


The Barn has three beautiful bedrooms each with luxurious beds, eclectic soft furnishings and discreet technology. Two of the three feature magnificent exposed beams whilst the master bedroom is the ultimate hideaway, with a four-poster bed raised above its own sitting room leading to a private terrace. All of the bedrooms feature en-suite wet rooms featuring high-quality fittings and powerful showers. The master en suite also has its own freestanding roll-top bath.


French windows opening onto a patio with private parkland beyond. The full-size tarmac tennis court is located deep in the pleasure grounds adjacent to the walled garden. Sheltered in a secluded hollow in the pleasure grounds beyond Sibton Park is the spectacular naturally-filtered swimming pool with integrated hot tub reached via a series of sweeping descending grass terraces. At night the naturally-filtered swimming pool and hot tub is a perfect place to unwind.


Wilderness Reserve is just over two hours by train. Guests can arrange to be collected by nearby Darsham station. Helicopters can land in the parkland (please contact the General Manager).

Renowned family friendly Music Festivals include the Latitude Festival at Henham and the Maverick Festival at Easton Farm Park are nearby.

English Heritage put on a wide variety of interactive family days at Orford, Framlingham Castle and Sutton Hoo
