Inside

The interior has been fully renovated with top of the line kitchen and bathrooms and reclaimed white oak floors feature throughout house .

Bedrooms

The property has 3 proper bedrooms and an office/bed room- total of 4 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. There are 2 king size beds, one queen and a kids room/guest room that has 2 trundle beds (king size when pulled out) that could fit up to 3 children.

Outside

A large terrace wraps around the whole front of the house and the swimming pool is heated.

Location

The house sits up on a hill in a quiet cul-de-sac at the highest point of Montauk. From the house we have a  panoramic view of the ocean, Lake Montauk and the Bay.

Staff & Dining

A Montauk favourite for food is the Crow’s Nest, which is also a lovely boutique hotel and is less then a mile away. This is regarded as the trendiest and stylish restaurant in Long Island. Guests are advised to get there early, or fish on the lake before walking up for dinner. The Crow’s Nest also has a little bonfire in the evening where guests can roast marshmallows.
The Surf Lodge is also a fun place for dinner (again, also a boutique hotel). On the weekends, its a great place for dancing and live music on Sunday nights – a lot of up and coming artists perform.
Naturally Good is an amazing for organic and  healthy food. Their breakfast is delicious and they serve take away until 6pm. Always good
Joni’s has yummy organic food and is good for take away. Guests can grab juices and food you could bring to the beach, which is a step away.
Navy Beach restaurant is on the beach and has delicious  food and also can become a bit of a party scene on the weekends.
Inlet seafood restaurant is only 2 minutes from the house and has great Sushi and fish.
The Hideaway and la Brisa has the best Mexican food in Montauk.
Gurneys is a great hotel and restaurant on the ocean. Guests can rent a few beds on the beach for the day and soak up the sun.

Things to Do

The property is a 5 minute drive from Ditch plains beach – a world famous surf spot, five minutes bike ride or 15 minutes jog to Gin beach (the Bay beach) which is also perfect for small kids and a 5 minute drive into town. At the top of our street is a beautiful and peaceful path where you can hike to a secluded little beach called Oyster Pond- a 30 minute hike.
Claire Pertalion gives the best massage in Montauk and will come to the house.
Both Lila and Hotauk are great yoga classes.
During August, Soul Cycle provide classes every hour, whilst Gurneys Hotel has both a luxe spa and gym.
Pathfinder is a day camp for kids ages 4 and up, where travel to and from the camp can be provided. They have all kinds of activities, sports and art.
Guests from age 5 and up can also take part in a surfing camp, or private surfing lessons can be provided by Surfluca.
Take the kids deep sea fishing with  Marine base on the Elizabeth ll.
Beautiful Block island is only 30 mins ferry ride away.
Golf at the Montauk downs is great for adults and older children. Mini golf for little kids is also available.
Amagansett is 15 mins away and is a charming village with great shopping and restaurants.
East Hampton is 25 mins away and also has amazing shopping and restaurants.
If you want to go to New York City for the day or for a night or 2 the Hampton jitney leaves every hour and trains leave from Montauk every 2 hours and take 2 hours and 45 mins- faster option due to traffic in August to and from the city
