Villa Ischia, lying below Mt Montaione, is totally hidden, surrounded by high trees and greenery and therefore guarantees total privacy. Because of its elevated position, it offers incredible views over the sea extending from Capri to the northern part of the Bay of Naples and the charming island of Procida.

This villa belonged to Countless Barkley, who was in a romantic relationship with the brother of the King of England and lived here until the end of the 70s. Thus, it has a very interesting history – do to its prior owner, the villa hosted VIPs and people from all over the world for decades.

It is also full of natural wonders and mysteries – the promontory on which it is situated is actually part of the gate to the islands oldest volcano – Monte Tuorone – and below the entrance of the villa you can still find the “fumaroles” appearing from the earth! The interiors and the lush gardens are full of surprises too, like the golden door, a historical remain from a church in Assisi, and its many rare plants.

The villa is part of a complex composed of 4 units which can accommodate 17 persons in total. Units can be rented separately or together.
