Once a derelict gem, this property is historic and romantic, which is shown perfectly within the house’s interior. The house is secluded and surrounded by a wall,  keeps the house private and peaceful, despite its central location.

The living room is a comfortable size and uses natural colours and hues to create a relaxed atmosphere. The sofa seats surround a fireplace, which is great for those cooler evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a large dining area with seating for 10.

Bedroom 1 is an en-suite double first floor bedroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are both twin first floor bedrooms with use of large shared family bathroom (beds can be joined in both rooms). Bedroom 4 is a separate 2nd floor en-suite double bedroom (accessible from it own outside door).

The property has a private swimming pool with sun loungers, a large shaded pergola for outdoor dining and extensive lawns.  A seating area is placed in the terrace lounge with a shade umbrella.

Situated near the medieval town of Alaior, which dates back to 1304 and has succeeded in retaining a medieval flavour.
