With many lawns and woodlands, this is a great place for long country walks, picnics and adventures. There is also a football field, a tennis court and a trampoline as well as a firepit and a barbecue for summer evenings. In addition, there is a boat ready on the shores of the lake. Outdoor games room with table tennis, table football, darts and air hockey.
This house has many great entertaining areas. The large hall, which can be used as a dining room and seats 20; when used in conjuction with the next door room, seats an extra 14 guests. There is a traditional English kitchen with an aga, large drawing room with large fireplace and an excellent collection of books in the library. The halfway house is the conservatory with stone flags, candles, rattan chairs and enchanting greenery. There is also a nightclub in the entertainment barn.

The Canal Museum, formerly known as the "National Waterways Museum Stoke Bruerne" and "The Canal Museum at Stoke Bruerne", is a canal museum located next to the Grand Union Canal just south of the Blisworth Tunnel, near the village of Stoke Bruerne in Northamptonshire. The museum tells the story of Britain's inland waterways and the people who worked on them. It provides an insight into the transport system which was fundamental to the industrial revolution in Britain. There are working models and 3-D displays including a model of the short-lived inclined-plane mechanical lift at Foxton in Leicestershire. Exhibits include models of working boats including narrow boats, barges, butties and tugs, painted ware and canal crafts, traditional clothing, canal-side signs and specialist tools.
