The private back road from Es Migjorn heading towards the sea is immediately enticing with breathtaking views over what makes Menorca incomparable to other islands in the Mediterranean Sea. The Binigaus Nou boutique villa is located at the very heart of this beauty, with Caribbean-like beaches and crystal clear ocean water.

The decoration of the library, the television room, and the living room downstairs boasts an uncomplicated feeling of elegance. Regardless of whether the house is at its maximum capacity or not, the living rooms are of such size that you never get the feeling of crowdedness.

The King Suite comprises a superior private area with hallucinating views over the swimming pool and the Mediterranean to the south, and even more magnificent views of the canyon and the hills of the estate to the north and the east. There’s a private entrance with direct access to the library, a spacious dressing room, a comfortable bathroom, and exclusive access to a sun terrace.
The Queen Suite for 2 or 3 guests features the villa´s most amazing southern views of the sea, the swimming pool and the terrace, with the peaceful Menorca countryside within its reach. It shares a bathroom with the Cousins Room, making it the ideal area for a larger family. It has exclusive access to the two distinguishing towers of the Binigaus Nou villa, a magical corner of the villa that inspires.
Suite Sjal has views to the east, with flowerbeds in front of the guesthouse. It’s connected to the central staircase on the first floor through arch-like double doors with original iron foundations and mosaics handmade more than a century ago.
The Bovera Suite has direct access from the outdoor flower gardens in front of the guesthouse and the downstairs lounge. It has been carefully transformed into one of the villa’s most stunning hideaways for two to three people, with a walk-in closet, an integrated open plan bathroom and separate toilet. It’s the perfect suite for two people who prefer a twin bedroom, perhaps by adding an extra bed.
The South Suite has exclusive access through the villa´s library on first floor and enjoys unrivalled views throughout the Binigaus Nou estate. The room is splendidly decorated and has its own open plan built-in bathroom, whose design fully respects the over one hundred-year-old boutique villa.
The Cousins’ Room is designed for younger children or teens, to have their own space; an area that comfortably sleeps up to five people in standard-sized bunk beds. The room is neatly decorated and blends in perfectly with the upper-floor activities, while sharing a bathroom with the Queen Suite.
The Assistant Room’s entrance is functionally located through the kitchen area and has its own spacious ensuite bathroom and television set. Its decor goes along with the rest of the villa.

With a never-ending its infinite view of the Binigaus Valley to the sea, the pool area is the crown jewel. No other buildings are in sight of the slightly elevated teak deck, big enough for playing; organizing a cocktail get-together, or simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere in the sun or below in the shade of some of the ancient pine trees. Drinks can be prepared in the antique brick oven, transformed into a proper house with access from the deck.

The Binigaus Estate is located on the southern coast of Menorca, at the end of the back road from Es Migjorn Gran to the Mediterranean Sea.The boutique villa is centrally located, approximately 20 kilometers from the Menorca airport, Mahon and Fornells, and about 30 kilometers from Ciutadella.

Staff & Dining

It makes no difference whether you are simply relaxing or dining at the extensive 20 person table outside -with far-reaching views of the Binigaus Valley- serving yourself from the built-in barbecue at the protected pool house or from the outside stone oven both within reach of the terrace.

As Menorca should also be appreciated from the seaside, Binigaus will provide its own SeaRay motorboat to our clients. Binigaus have teamed up with a yoga – pilates, and private excusions horse-back riding on the Binigaus beach and Binigaus 120 hectarias on the most beautiful Arabian breed horses you can imagine.

The kitchen is not far from the terrace, but even more convenient is the inside lounge table, with seating for 14 people, including 4 barstools. The lounge table has excellent views of the terrace and the Binigaus Valley as well.

Along with the standard 3-hour daily cleaning and pool service, Binigaus Nou can also offer additional cooking and maid service, as well as organize grocery shopping, car rental, private transfer, babysitting, restaurant/clubbing reservation, luxury motor yacht and offshore boat rental and other sports activities, and practically anything else you would like their assistance with.

Things to Do

Binigaus is in the middle of the island, and therefore in the middle of everything.

The estate itself has an endless number of trails for walking and cycling, but you could also venture onto the Camino de Cavalls, a 200 km trail around Menorca crossing the Binigaus Estate at its southern edge. Whether doing it on horseback, like in the old days, by foot or on one of the boutique villa’s free mountain bikes, it’s an excellent way to stay active and enjoy what has been granted the status of Biosphere Reserves of the World by UNESCO.

Menorca is also famous for its sailing – both Mahon and Ciutadella have nice harbours and Fornells Bay offers one of the Mediterranean’s best-equipped sailing centres.

You could also journey less than 800 meters to see the impressive, 80 feet tall cave, and on the way enjoy other elements of Menorca´s rich heritage from the various cultures that have arrived on the Binigaus Estate´s shores throughout thousands of years of history.

Fine Dining:

Menorca is small, yet filled with quality restaurants. In terms of gastronomic influence, it is very much influenced by the Gerona area, a region renowned for its food. There are many such restaurants all over the island but with a slightly greater concentration in the Mahon/Ciutadella area – just 15 minutes from Binigaus. However Fornells, and Sant Climent – both closer to Binigaus – must also be mentioned for their delicious food and superb service. In Es Migjorn, the village in which Binigaus is located, Binigaus Vell and Es Bosc in Santo Tomas are both delicious and a stone’s throw away from the property.

Summer is a particularly good time to go for its traditional village markets and impromptu parties.
