The outside dining room has seating for 14 people with incredible views over the south of Alentejo. Tranquility and nature is what this house is about with views on clear days stretching to the mountains that separate Portugal from Spain. Complete with swimming pool, kennel, swing and sunbeds.
Open plan living room with large fireplace adjacent to a dining room with seating for 10 people. The window doors connect to a terrace with comfortable soft sofas and views over to the pool and beyond. The house has been decorated to a high standard but also very much retains the feel of a family home. There is a fully equipped kichen, TV and wifi.

Thanks to the region’s location and its wealth of cultural influences Herdade da Comporta is also an excellent place for fine dining.You can taste the best that the land and sea of the estate have to offer at a number of high quality restaurants.For lunch spots there are a few restaurants on the nearby beaches (Comporta Café on Comporta beach, O’Dinis on Carvalhal beach, Sal on Pego beach).For dinner, restaurants such as Cavalarica, Museo do Arroz, and Dona Bia are recommended, as well as Hotel Sublime's Celeiro restaurant in Muda, a 10 minute drive away. There are supermarkets in Comporta, Carvalhal and Grandola. There is also a seafood shop in Carrasquiera and a big food market accessible by ferry in Setubal.
Dolphin Watching: Sado Estuary region is the home of about 30 dolphins, which can be seen by land or by boat on arranged tours.Carvalhal Surf School: the ideal school for people who choose the beaches of Carvalhal, Pego, Comporta and Tróia for their holidays and intend to have a surf experience.
