Bright and colourful, the Lodge combines modern furnishings with unique style to create an unforgettable experience for our guests. The Spikehorn Lodge and Spikehorn Honeymoon Hideout can be rented as a unit or in conjunction with the Spikehorn Manor.


Made of a tumbledown squatters cabinet expanded to a meeting hall/lodge/ and dining room for up to fifty people. This property features exposed framing, maybe six houses worth of vintage steel casement windows, a commercial kitchen, two fireplaces, and three bathrooms.


One master bedroom and three bathrooms.


The property is surrounded by the mountains and hills of San Bernadino and Joshua Tree National Park and has terraces where guests can sit and enjoy the view.


It is nestled into the back hills boardering the national park and sits on the Joshua Tree butte with a view of the Morongo basin and Big Bear Mountain area.

Nearest airport is Palm Springs, 30 miles away and the nearest train station is the same distance.

Things to Do

You can spend your days among the rocks, hiking, rock climbing, or just driving through the gorgeous Joshua Tree Park.

There are restaurants, art galleries, live theatre, music festivals, and the property is only 25 minutes from Desert Hot Springs and its famous hot tubs and pool where you can spend the day for one small price.

Further we are 35 minutes from Palm Springs spas, golf courses, arts and culture.

The Salton Sea is an 1 1/2 hrs away with fishing, swimming, and boating. LA and the Ocean communities are 2 1/2 hrs away for a great day trip.
