Set in 500 acres of landscape with direct access to scenic parkland, woodland rides and water meadows. Redwood and Cedar of Lebanon create intimacy, framing views of Yox valley and St. Peter's Church, Sibton. A network of footpaths and lanes lead from the park through to Yox valley and across into the adjacent Blythe and Alde Valleys. A lake and park lay to the south of the estate.
Entering through the left lodge into the entrance hall at ground level, this room has two armchairs, a coffee table and fabulous views across the grounds. A winding staircase leads you down into the main Gate Lodge space. Kitchen area, main living and dinign space, reception room and private patio.The spacious living area has an open fire, two sofas and two armchairs.
