The Tobago Cays, a protected marine park, are 5 small, uninhabited islands in the southern Grenadines. You can enjoy a day trip on a 100-foot Caribbean schooner or charter a private boat. You will have an unforgettable day swimming, snorkelling, or diving in the most amazing waters you have ever seen. You can swim with turtles, or just relax on the beach. This is were Johnny Depp was stranded in the original Pirates of the Caribbean film.
Talk to the house staff about a trip to a neighbouring deserted island for a beach picnic. Local boats with very qualified skippers will arrange for a couple of locals to go spear fishing to provide you with a delicious lunch that will be barbecued for you on the beach. There is also some good snorkelling in the same location. Take along your favourite drinks and snacks, or ask the skipper to arrange the whole picnic for you
You can see Mustique from the house. It is known as the land of the rich and famous. It is home to Bryan Adams, Mick Jagger, and Tommy Hilfiger among others. Princess Margaret used to have a home there as well, and it is where Prince William and Kate go to get away from it all. Don’t forget to visit world famous Basil’s Bar while you are there. You will not be allowed to visit if the Royals are visiting the island.
