This luxury beachfront property in Menorca, built in 1790, is situated on a 300 acre estate in Sant Climent, in the south of the island of Menorca and uniquely extends to the Cami de Cavalls, the historic hiking trail along the entire coast of Menorca. There are multiple walks within the Estate. One particularly pretty path leads you to Es Canutells beach (around a 20 minute walk). The villa is very well equipped with a 26m swimming pool, a gym, a library, a barbecue, and a treehouse and lots of flat ground, which is perfect for families with young children. Boat hire can be organised to visit and explore unspoilt beaches. San Lorenzo de Cugo is the perfect base for artists or international clientele visiting exhibitions in the newly opened Hauser and Wirth gallery in Mahon.
The estate extends to the Cami de Cavalls, the historic hiking trail along the entire coast of Menorca. From the edge of the estate (a 20 minute walk from the house) it´s a 1 minute walk to Es Canutells beach. The gardens have been stunningly landscaped and the villa sits in an expansive 300 acre estate with vineyards and a treehouse. The 26m swimming pool comes with shaded sun loungers. There are extensive orchards where the owners produce their own fruit and vegetables as well as eggs laid by their hens. There is also 1 hectare vineyard where the owners produce their own wine.
The interior design is vey luxurious and comfortable using mainly neutral tones but adding splashes of bright colour which makes it feel both calming and alive. It has been kept very open which allows for plenty of natural light and helps to keep it cooled in the hot summer months.

The resort is located on one side of an attractive inlet with a sandy beach backed with natural pristine gorge with an extensive cane forest. The cliff face is dotted with caves which used to be used by fishermen as storehouses.

Binibeca is a coastal village Menorca's south coast. Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, it has narrow streets and whitewashed houses. Set in a calm cove, Binibeca Nou beach is backed by sand dunes and shrubland.
