We have shared access to a lovely indoor heated pool and tennis court, both just at the end of the garden. The walled garden is mature and beautifully landscaped; perfect for entertaining outside, croquet, garden games, running races!

One high ceilinged, formal sitting room, an open plan kitchen and sitting room, a play room, a conservatory that is used as a dining room and a downstairs loo. A boot room with washing machine and dryer. 6 bedrooms upstairs with 3 bathrooms. One ensuite off the master bedroom.

Annabel loves Willow Crossley's House as it is a beautifully decorated and quaint English house, the perfect idyllic and private getaway for families and friends.
The incredible Blenheim Palace is on the doorstep. You can actually walk from the house through the woods to reach it.
The historic town of Woodstock and Soho House are both 15 minutes away. The Cotswold Wildlife Park is 20 minutes away. The magical town of Oxford is only 15 minutes away, brimming with restaurants, history tours, shops, cinemas and theatres.
