Outside, there is a porch with a table and relaxation area, allowing you to relax in the shade. You will also find a stunning salty water pool offering stunning panoramic sea views, it is the perfect spot for swimming or relaxing and admiring the peaceful traquility.
The ground floor is occupied by a spacious open plan lounge with large windows, and overlooking the beautiful swimming pool. There is also a dining room with large dining table seating 13 and a fully equipped kitchen with marble table.

Located on the ground floor are 3 bedrooms: 2 double/twin rooms, and 1 single, with 2 bathrooms. The industrial handrails will lead you upstairs to 3 more double/twin bedrooms, one of which has a private ensuite bathroom and a terrace that hosts the most magnificent panoramic views. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. Upstairs, you will also find a spare room that can be used for 2 extra guests (sleeps maximum 13 people).
The villa hosts a total of 4 stunning bathrooms: 2 bathrooms on the ground floor, and 2 bathrooms upstairs, one of which is a beautiful ensuite, lined with luxurious and clean beige tiles, and offering panoramic sea views.

Visit the ruins and the impressive archaeological remains of Cosa which date back to 273 BC! Today stored in and around the Museo Archeologico Nazionale Di Cosa.

Spend the day relaxing on Ansedonia Beach, characterised by its dark sand, and rich marine landscape of coral reefs, fish, and vegetation. The beach is also the site of the historical complex, The Puccini/Medieval Tower, home to Tuscan composer Giacomo Pucci in the 1920s.
