With extensive mature private gardens, the house faces due South over mature woodlands inhabited by an abundance of wildlife including roe deer, woodcock and buzzards.
The large entrance hall leads to a spacious drawing room, with an open wood burning fireplace and grand piano. The study and kitchen/ breakfast room lead off from the hall. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality gas and electric appliances, under floor heating and an open fireplace. Also on the ground floor is a utility room, larder and downstairs loo.

2 fabulously appointed bathrooms with hand-made mosaic Moroccan tiles. One of the bathrooms has an integral large walk-in power shower with an amazing spray shower head. An original 1920s, roll top bath is still in situ.

Exeter is an ancient city on the River Exe in southwest England. Dating back to the Roman era, the Exeter City Walls surround its centre and Gothic Exeter Cathedral. Exeter Castle, a Norman landmark, overlooks leafy Northernhay and Rougemont Gardens. To their west, the Royal Albert Memorial Museum & Art Gallery (RAMM) displays fine art and costumes. The vaulted, medieval Underground Passages snake beneath the city.
