to the house with a Mediterranean designed barbecue area and a
further dining area above the pool.

The property has exceptional walled gardens, a fruit garden & two very substantial greenhouses, one with banana tress, citrus trees and a seating area. The second greenhouse sits within the sizeable walled vegetable garden and is used for growing produce. An azalea garden is above the Victorian swimming pond & two further ponds leading to the lake with an island and small boat.The grounds are a haven for wildlife and birds.
The house was totally renovated in 2007 to a high standard. The large hall is perfect for dining and overlooked by a gallery / library. An office sits at the rear of the house, behind the living room.
Chef avaliable upon request. The kitchen was designed by the owner who has her own cookery website. It has a double oven Aga, Miele induction hob, large oven, steam oven, two dishwashers and two sinks with Quooker 'boil' taps either end of the kitchen.
The master bedroom suite enjoys a stunning uninterrupted view of the gardens and countryside. It has a dressing room and en-suite bathroom. There are six further bedrooms, four large and two which can accommodate double beds if required.
The master bathroom has two washbasins, a roll top bath and large walk-in shower. The second en-suite bathroom has an antique French copper bath and walk-in shower. The third bathroom has both a bath and walk-in shower. The fourth bathroom has a bath with shower and the final bathroom (en-suite) has a bath.
Annabel loves the contrast of the renovated neutral interior of Woolland house which complements the romantic splendor of its expansive gardens.
