Beauty Point’s mature gardens offer a choice of complete poolside privacy, as well as wide-open beachside views and seating. There is a generous swimming pool, large first floor deck, wooden hot tub, outdoor ‘boat’ bar, sunken trampoline, beachside fire pit seating area, double swing bed, hammocks, watersport equipment store, as well as a choice of social and dining areas.
Both houses contain comfortable family kitchen/dining areas, living rooms with fires and separate utility rooms. The beach house has an indoor ‘railway carriage’ bar and the pool house has a projector and ‘cinema’ style screen.

There are 5 bedrooms in the beach house, as well as an additional high bunk in the office if required. There are 4 bedrooms in the pool house.
The more traditional beach house has two separate bathrooms (with over-bath showers) on both floors, a separate loo and a covered outdoor shower. The pool house has two en-suite shower rooms and a separate bathroom (with roll top bath), as well as a separate loo and an outdoor shower.
Just a short walk west and you will discover the famous blue flag sandy beach at the entrance to Chichester Harbour. Further on to the sand dunes and sheltered waters of the National Trust’s East Head and Snowhill Creek crabbing pool. Windsurfing, kitesurfing, paddle boarding and surfing tuition available.
This beautiful natural harbour is part of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a Special Area of Conservation. Sailing tuition, small boat hire, fishing trips, bird watching, seal watching and harbour tours available.

Apart from a wide choice of shopping, discover the city’s ancient cathedral, the flagship Chichester Festival Theatre, the Modern British Art Pallant House Gallery, as well as the incredible Fishbourne Roman Palace where you can tour the huge excavated villa, gardens and mosaics.
