Casa Nova has stood secluded in the tuscan hills since C. 1491. Its current owners have kept the ancient appeal while making sure to renovate the interior to luxury standard. The estate is kept private by being surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and woodland which have all been farmed for centuries. There is an ancient mulberry tree on the terrace with a thick and gnarled trunk which provides welcome shade in the summer. Although the farmhouse is private, it is a mere 40 minutes from Florence. Alternatively, you are walking distance from the nearest town.
Casa Nova is built with outside-living in mind – equipped with two outdoor dining areas, an outdoor living area, and an infinity pool. The full time staff tend to the house’s vegetable garden and will offer you a farm-to-table dining experience.
Casa Nova has kept a natural feel throughout the interior, only using natural materials and neutral colours after the owners renovated it. The outside and the inside blend seamlessly into one another, giving the entire house a bright and airy feel.

Casa Nova can sleep a ten people in the summer and eight people in the winter. It has seven generous rooms, six of which are doubles and one is single. The main house has five Bedrooms – four doubles and one single. There are also two studio suite outbuildings, perfect for couples who want a little bit of privacy. One building has a master double bed and the other has a set of twin beds.
The main house has four ensuite bathrooms. The outbuildings both have ensuite bathrooms.
