600 acres of beautiful countryside, walled kitchen garden supplying the house with fresh vegetables (in season), a sheltered courtyard and a BBQ area with outdoor furniture. Large outdoor heated pool (1st June – 31st August), tennis court and croquet.
A large, formal but comfortable drawing room with an open fire. Formal leather-floored dining room with seating for up to 22 guests and a children’s playroom. TV room also with log fire, a comfortable office and also a large childrens playroom. The basement is home to the cinema room and games room. The house also boasts a striking art collection.
The kitchen is very well equipped with an aga, electric oven, hob, microwave, an American-style fridge/freezer. Chefs and caterers are available on request. Food and drink can be ordered in advance. Weekly cleaning included, extra cleaning can be arranged upon request. Gardener and pool cleaning included.
The main house sleeps 18 as standard or 22 with pull-out beds. The first floor is composed of the master suite and 4 additional double bedrooms. The second flooor has 4 double bedrooms. Coach house 1 has 1 double bedroom and a large living area. Coach house 2 has 1 double and another small double upstairs (suitable for children only).
There are 5 bathrooms on the 1st floor: 4 ensuite and 1 large separate bathroom. The master has a bath & shower. 2 large bathrooms on the 2nd floor, one of which has a large shower. Coachhouse 1 has a bath and coachhouse 2 has a shower.

The Cotswold Wildlife Park is a nationally renown zoo, exhibiting over 260 species of animals, from all around the world. The wildlife park is set subtly within the beautiful acres of the property, where you can walk around the grounds and see rhinos placidly roaming on the horizon or a sleeping lion tucked away in the corner. A park train makes access throughout the park easy. No more than a 30 minuets drive from the house, and 2 miles from the famous Burford high street.
Soho Farmhouse spans 100 acres of Oxfordshire countryside. It offers so many activities for families, including horse riding, gym, tennis courts, swimming pools and boating.
Walking distance from the house, 'The Chequers' is a quintessential Cotswolds pub in the middle of Churchill Village, except that, with every step inside this pub you’ll find something much more intriguing. A heady mix of the old and new. Expect modern cocktails to sit alongside local ales, and a menu that is packed with seasonally inspired dishes. A private room upstairs can also be booked for parties.

The house and garden are open to the public for group and private tours during open season. Otherwise, take a loop walk, starting in Adlestrop, to the house and back.
