12 metre infinity pool, Yoga Deck, and BBQ area allow for the ultimate chilled-out experience. There is also a beautiful rancho with a hanging bed and dining table, and a very pretty palapa seating area on one of our two docks. The Pool Pavilion has a covered seating area overlooking the 12 metre infinity pool.
In the Main House, there is a spacious sitting room/kitchen which overlooks the lake from both sides. The front side has a splendid veranda from which to watch the sun go down.
Daily maid service, security, groundskeepers and a concierge service. Guests who wish to cook can enjoy the well-equipped kitchen and can eat inside or out in the covered dining palapa. Food can be ordered and delivered but there is also a local supermarket in Granada. Private chef by arrangement at an extra cost.
The Main House has 2 large ensuite bedrooms, and there are another 2 ensuite bedrooms in the Pool Pavilion. All are fully air-conditioned.

Annabel loves this magical private island. The owner has a keen sense of interior design, using local materials wherever she can.
The property has its own kayaks – doubles and singles.Not being an ocean island, volcanic El Coyol does not have a sandy swimming beach, but if one tires of the 12m infinity pool, the lake can be swum from the beautifully positioned boating dock, which also can be the point for start of any invigorating kayaking trips.
Granada is a Unesco World Heritage site and only a 10 minute boat ride away from El Coyol. The city has many restaurants, boutiques and museums and is a start point for many trips and tours including zip lining on the slopes of Mombacho, cloud forest walking at the summit of Mombacho volcano, volcano surfing near Leon, viewing lava flows on the active volcano of Masaya at night and visiting markets including Pueblos Blancos near Laguna de Apoyo and Caterina.
