The property has large, extensive gardens with a large, heated pool and a tennis court. The house has a thatched roof, adding to the rustic feel. There are large outdoor greens in which to enjoy the excellent views of the Devonshire countryside. Surrounded by livestock, be sure to enjoy walks around the grounds to make the most of your stay.

This gives off a warm feel, which is an absolute must when staying in the depths of the countryside. The recent transformation has included an immaculate attention to detail, with every painting, lamp, point of colour adding to the aura of Exeter House.
There is dining within the property that accomodates for all. A main attraction to Exeter House is the barn that is wonderful for parties and weddings. Stepping inside the barn is likened to travelling back through time, absorbed in the thick, cob walls. The barn, lit with paraffin torches and medieval candelabra, will ensure a magical atmosphere for any party.
