Each of the Lagoon Cottages has its own private outdoor shower, chaise lounges and Brazilian hardwood veranda. . The Beach and Lagoon Villas have a stone deck with direct access to the water as well as outdoor dining area, card table, private chaise lounges, umbrella and hammock.
The Beach and Lagoon Villas have beautiful interiors with custom-designed furtniture including a writing desk. The accomodation invites the kind of indoor/outdoor living GoldenEye is famous for. The Lagoon Cottages each have their own private dock over the lagoon with a kayak; they are built right into the natural landscape, preserving the beauty of the surroundings.
All villas and cottages enjoy a mini bar stocked with Red Stripe beer plus Ting and other beverages and tasty snacks unique to Jamaica. The kitchen is equipped with a Smeg refrigerator. Oven and stove top designed by Italian architect, Renzo Piano. The one bedroom beach and lagoon villas also enjoy polished concrete counter tops. Additional concierge is available upon request.
The Beach and Lagoon villas come in one and two bedroom varieties, each with king-size beds. The two bedroom villas come with walk-in closets. The Lagoon cottages each come with a king-size bed facing out over the water, overlooking Santa Maria Island at the lagoon’s centre.
Every bedroom in the cottages and villas feature an ensuite bathroom with a signature GoldenEye deep claw-foot tub. All the cottages and villas also feature a private outdoor garden shower.

Montego Bay, the capital of Saint James Parish on Jamaica’s north coast, is a major cruise ship port with numerous beach resorts and golf courses outside its commercial core. Popular beaches include Doctor’s Cave Beach and Walter Fletcher Beach, home to an amusement park. There’s also snorkelling and diving at coral reefs in the protected waters of Montego Bay Marine Park.
Ocho Rios is a port town on the north coast of Jamaica. The surrounding parish of Saint Ann is home to rainforest, rivers and waterfalls. Dunn’s River Falls is a terraced, 180m mountain waterfall with lagoon pools, surrounded by trees.Snorkeling and diving is possible at a string of beaches around Ocho Rios. A former pirates’ hideout, the Green Grotto Caves contain stalactites, stalagmites and a subterranean lake. At Mystic Mountain, a chairlift, a bobsled run and zip lines travel through the rainforest with views over the town. Island Village entertainment park has shops, bars and a concert space. Trips into the surrounding countryside can include following the scenic winding road through Fern Gully, rafting or tube riding on the rapids of the White River, horseback riding and hiking.
Negril is a town in western Jamaica. It’s known for its miles of sandy beaches on shallow bays with calm, turquoise waters. Seven Mile Beach, particularly the portion overlooking Long Bay, is lined with bars, restaurants and resorts, many of them international and all-inclusive. Long Bay opens onto a lagoon protected by coral reefs and is a snorkeling and scuba-diving destination.
