The excitement of the art, colors, and soaring-ceiling spaces belies the relaxing comfort of the main living room. The observatory, on the uppermost level of the house, is a cozy hideaway and star-gazing spot. With these views, who would want to be inside? But Isla Simca’s interiors invite nature in.
The resort’s world-class chef is at your service, and your menus will reflect your detailed information on your group’s preferences, as well as any of your individual guests’ special needs. Staff of 60, which includes maids, a chef and servers, boat captain, multiple guards. All activities are run by a Dive Master, Professional boat Captain, and there have guides for the jetskis, kayaks, quad bike trails. There is also a nurse and infirmary on the island.
In total, 30 guests can be accommodated at Isla Simca. The centerpiece of the residence is the Main Pavilion, situated at the island’s summit 1000 feet above sea. Guests stay in any one of 3 buildings around the main pavilion, two of which have 6 bedrooms each, the third has 3 bedrooms. Most bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed and all have colorful, provocative artworks from Jean Pigozzi’s celebrated collection of contemporary African art. Sliding glass doors lead to large balconies facing the sea.
All 15 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The Bathrooms are spacious and fully equipped, also with breathtaking island views.
