A large terrace wraps around the whole front of the house and the swimming pool is heated. There are fantastic sea views across Montauk bay. The house sits up on a hill in a quiet cul-de-sac at the highest point of Montauk. From the house, there is a panoramic view of the ocean, Lake Montauk and the Bay.
The interior has been fully renovated with top of the line kitchen and bathrooms and reclaimed white oak floors feature throughout the house .

There are 3 proper bedrooms and an office/bedroom- a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. There are 2 king-size beds, one queen and a kids room/guest room that has 2 trundle beds (king-size when pulled out) that could fit up to 3 children.
There are two beautiful bathrooms and another shower room at the property.
The property is a 5-minute drive from Ditch plains beach – a world-famous surf spot.
Five minutes bike ride or 15 mins jog to Gin beach ( the Bay beach) which is perfect for small kids to swim if they want to swim in waveless water.
There is a golf course at the Montauk downs and a mini-golf for little kids and adults.
