The infinity pool, (15m x 4.5m) which can be heated, is located above the house and has an extensive lawn area and if in need of shade there are some old oak trees. From this upper terrace there are lovely views into the wooded Reschio nature reserve. The pool changing room, complete with shower, towel storage and loo is a short step from the pool.
Open hall, living room with fireplace, large fitted kitchen, dining room, limonaia sitting room, cloakroom and WC, laundry room, large storage room, wine cellar, underfloor heating on all ground floor areas. The light filled interior has a contemporary feel with furniture designed and made to take advantage of the spaces but also includes some period pieces. It is available for weekly rental and can sleep up to six or eight guests with the addition of the guest house.
Castello di Reschio Estate provides full services with every house having its own maid and gardener. Concierge service is available with an estate manager dedicated to the needs and requirements of guests extending to in-house cooking, personal drivers and daily maid service.

Reschio farmhouses are sanctuaries hidden from the outside world where it is possible to see no one and do nothing for week upon blissful week. But they are also part of a thriving, working estate with its stables, its winery, olive groves, wild boar hunts, clay pigeon shoots, tennis courts and private Osteria and Bottega.Count Antonio's horses can be hired for a private riding lesson or a morning hack through the quiet hills. Our chefs can drive to the farmsteads for a one-to-one pasta-making lesson and one of our resident wine experts can host tastings in the Castello's winery. Days can be spent truffle and mushroom hunting or foraging for other delicacies such as wild asparagus. Tennis can be played on the estate courts while Florentine linen throws or fresh seasonal vegetables can be bought from the Bottega.
The Reschio Estate lies on the border of Umbria and Tuscay - these two regions epitomise the attractions of Italy: beautiful countryside reminiscent of landscapes in Renaissance paintings, medieval hill-top towns, wonderful art galleries, museums and architecture, not to mention delicious food and wine.
Within an hour's drive of the Estate are such towns as Assisi, Arezzo, Cortona, Gubbio, Perugia and Siena and many other smaller sights to explore. The two regions abound with open-air concerts and operas during the long summer season and each town has its own little festivals.
