The whole property is a joy of unexpected views over Falmouth Harbour. The extraordinary grounds range from the lush and tropical flora to a beautiful xerophytic garden. The 60ft pool is shaded by breezy coconut palms and boasts a hammock and its own pool house, featuring a kitchen, Barbecue and comfortable loungers. There is croquet set out on one of the lawn areas and a private estate tennis court. The property has direct access to Pigeon Beach, its own dock, private access to Windward Beach.
Carefully designed to flow with ease and catch the cooling trade winds, Pigeon Point is 6,000 sqft of modern and stylish design. The main house features an open plan living room, beautifully furnished with Flexform sofas, West Indian shuttering and greenheart wooden floors. There is covered deck with commanding views as far as the eye can see and a large seating area, perfect for entertaining. The Boathouse features a stunning living and dining space, its own kitchen and is situated right on the beach. It is entirely self contained and separate from the main house and can be taken separately.
The excellent team at Pigeon Point is made up of two housekeepers, two gardeners and a property manager, on call 24/7. The house and grounds are protected by full 24 hr 7 day a week uniformed security. The Kitchen is a state of the art installation by DADA, with appliances by Miele, Foster and Bosch, and a separate larder. The covered deck, located off the living area, has dining for up to fourteen people. The breakfast deck has a table designed by Barber & Osgerby for B&B Italia, which seats eight and boasts glorious views over the harbour.
The Main House has four en-suite bedrooms. All have air conditioning and silent ceiling fans and feature stylish finishes such as West Indian shuttering, and greenheart wooden floors. Two additional bedrooms are in the self-contained boat house (available to rent separately). A further two guests can be accommodated in the hanging super king bed, located in the pool house, if requested in advance.
All bedrooms on the property are en-suite, some featuring freestanding tubs with blissful ocean views. The Pool house has an additional bathroom with rain shower.

Guests can charter one the Villas boats for a spectacular day out on the tropical waters. The owners have a variety of boats for hire, including a West Indian sloop, 17ft Herreshoff day sailing boat, a Roughwater 40ft offshore fishing and dive trawler and a 55ft modern sail boat.
Explore the colourful coral reefs of Antigua- home to many tropical fish, sea turtles, sea fans, moray eels and other sea creatures. These well-preserved and thriving reefs can be found at various areas across the island including Green Island Beach, Darkwood Beach, Hawksbill Bay and Long Bay among others.
Take a stroll to English Harbour. A vibrant area which hosts UNESCO World Heritage Site, - Nelsons Dockyard, a charming British village transplanted into a scenic Caribbean landscape. Restored colonial buildings house tourist shops, restaurants, and bars. The Dockyard Museum, located in the former Admiral’s House, contains exhibits about the dockyard’s history and current archaeological research on the island. Have a drink at The Admiral’s Inn then over to Abracadabdra, famous for its suckling pig and good music. Immerse yourself in the Antigua vibe at Shirley Heights on a Sunday night. An island must with rum punch, steel bands and unforgettable sunsets.
Visit ‘The Antigua Distillery’ where they have been producing high-quality rums for almost 100 years. Take a tour of the production facilities and sample some of the rums in the on-site tasting room. You can even take a hands-on 4 hour cooking class and learn about how to prepare a variety of delicious Caribbean dishes and cocktails featuring the island’s iconic spirit.
