The Palazzo is conveniently located, just over 30 miles from the center of Rome, and can be easily accessed from both of the city’s international airports, with a travel time of 90 minutes from Fiumicino airport (100kms) and 80 minutes from Ciampino airport (85kms).

The extensive private grounds span over three hectares and include a luxurious decorative garden, vegetable garden, olive grove, and woodland and is bordered by charming village houses on two sides. On the other sides are stunning private grounds, complete with a family chapel that is no longer in use and an infinity swimming pool. Guests can also enjoy table tennis and a vast selection of games, perfect for entertaining family and guests. A private tennis court is just a five-minute drive away.
Palazzo Parisi has undergone a meticulous restoration and features a beautiful salotto with 18th-century frescoes, terracotta floors, and comfortable furniture, offering a cool respite from the midday sun. Guests can enjoy a large billiard room with games and a library of English books. The 70-feet-long loggia (a covered terrace) offers a cool and refreshing vantage point to view the surrounding countryside through a series of arches. Thanks to its thick walls, the house remains pleasantly cool during the summer.
Delicious and freshly made Italian food can be enjoyed either indoors or on the covered terrace, which extends 70 feet and boasts eight arched views over the stunning countryside. In addition to the terrace, the entrance and padiglione offer outdoor dining areas, with three covered terraces capable of seating up to 15 people. Located on a hectare of olive groves with beautiful gardens, guests can also purchase organically produced olive oil from Palazzo Parisi, or select from a fine selection of wines available for sale from the cantina. The Palazzo provides a full service of three cooked meals per day (price of food not included). The house staff are available six days a week, with additional morning helpers available for extra time upon request.
