2000, following the traditional style of the island’s farmhouses
(fincas), by the architect Juan de los Ríos. The house is decorated

The exceptional Mediterranean garden, with alberca-style swimming pool, creates a unique setting for all kinds of events.The garden is composed of several dry wall terraces all planted with Mediterranean species, a large olive tree patio with a central fountain as well as a long cypress lined walk. The guest house includes a porch, solarium in the upper terrace and a private garden.
The first floor of the main building has a double hall, 2 sitting rooms, a dining room with fireplace, a powder room, a spacious and well-equipped kitchen (there is also a small kitchenette in the guest house), 2 big porches, one used for dining and the other for leisure. Due to its thick walls, and positioning (500m from the sea) the house is cool in the summer, and does not require AC.
Prices include the assistance of a “Gobernanta” with full knowledge of the house for eight hours a day. (Prices do not include 10% VAT, as well as the ‘ecotasa’, tourist stay tax at 2,00 € a day per person. Children excluded).
There are 6 double bedrooms on the property, 1 in the main house, and 5 in the guest house. N.B. Beds in bedroom 1 and 3 of the guest house can be converted into double beds.
There are 2 bathrooms with showers in the main house. There are 4 bathrooms in the guest house, 3 of which are ensuite.

Due to its location in the bay of Es Cubells, Sa Granera is very near a number of fashionable beaches, such as Cala Jondal -with its Blue Marlin beach club, Cala d'Hort and Cala Carbó as well as small and private coves out of the way of tourists. The closest beach is Cala d'Hort, 3km away.
Superb Mediterranean food at Cala Bonita on S'Estanyol Beach.The food at In Salinas: Jockey Club is also good and the beach is lovely with clean and clear water. We recommend you go in the morning as it can get very overcrowded in the afternoon.
The marinas (Marina Botafoch and Marina Ibiza) are at half an hour drive from the house. Close by, Port the Porroig bay, having a convenient small pier, can be used for anchoring large scale yachts.
