Offering a sophisticated but relaxed setting, this secret paradise
offers both an intimate retreat from the city and busyness of
modern life, and a wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion
or host family and friends.
The expansive house is surrounded by an elaborate and well-established terraced garden. Shaded terraces and daybeds offer numerous relaxation and alfresco dining options throughout the property; while two large swimming pools (one heated), a tennis court with a covered viewing area, and a separate games and TV room with a pool table, table tennis and darts provide plenty of entertainment. There is also an organic farm & vegetable garden.
The Estate comprises of a historic Spanish manor farmhouse, a more recently-built guest annex and a separate luxury villa. All living spaces are filled with high quality and authentic antiques and furnishings. In the Main House, there is a double height drawing room, family sitting room with TV, a large kitchen, and a dining room. There is also a small kitchenette in the Guest Annex.
Tramores has 3 women working full-time, additional staff can be arranged on request. It also has its own chef who prepares delicious and hearty traditional Spanish meals. Duirng the high season the chef will prepare 3 meals, 7 days a week. Pre-arrival shopping and shopping for meals is also organised by the staff. There is a maid service from 8am onwards.
The main houses consists of 3 large double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 1 medium double bedroom and 1 single room, which share a bathroom. In the apartment, there is 1 large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 1 twin (can be made up as double on request) with en-suite bathroom. The Guest Annex can sleep up to 6 people, in 3 large double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
There are 9 bathrooms on the estate, 8 of which are en-suite.

Benahavis, with its marvelous countryside, mountains and valleys, hillsides and waterfalls,is an authentic ecological paradise.It is protected by a special conservation plan, and one of its beauty spots, known as Las Angosturas , has been declared a Monumento de Interes Natural. It is also renowed for its food scene, Solomillo de Cerdo (pork fillet), suckling pig, roast lamb, oxtail and venison are a few delicacies for which people travel far and wide.
Marbella (approx. 10 minute drive) has long been a favourite with British visitors. The old town is delightful, with its’ cobbled narrow pedestrian streets, lined with boutiques, shops and restaurants, and white house’s decorated with brightly coloured plant pots. The old town square, known as Orange Square, as it is surrounded by orange trees, is charming and a great place to sit and have a drink. Marbella is also famous for its beaches, fishing port, and lively night life.
A marina development ("The Millionaires Playground"), to the west of Marbella. Banus was the first man made marina on the coast. The port is famous for its glamorous visitors, and you'll find extravagant yachts, shops and many upmarket restaurants, as well as some more reasonably priced eateries.
