The volcanic hills surround the estate of San Giorgio. The presence of abundant medicinal and aromatic plants, many edible, that characterize the entire estate, provides visitors with the opportunity to participate in true “fragrant paths” of the typical mediterranean herbs. On the upper level of the Villa guests can enjoy the Library. It is a place that invites you to take pause and relax in comfort with soft lighting and garden views. Open plan living spaces allow you to enjoy being with your guests.
Nomi is the butler and handyman. He is here everyday and lives on the estate opposite the library entrance. Rang the cook is also available everyday for lunch and dinner. Melissa comes every morning from 8am – 2.30pm to prepare your breakfast and clean the whole Orangery area. Anna the maid comes every morning from 9am to 5pm to do all the room and house cleaning and help in the kitchen in the afternoon. The gardener takes care of the pool.
Ten guest rooms are individually furnished with antiques and well appointed beds dressed with finest egyptian linens. The rooms are equipped with wifi, heating, air conditioning and colonial ceiling fans.
En-suite king-size bathrooms feature traditional sicilian ceramics that are fully outfitted with hand-made scented soaps and the finest toiletries.
