Villa Gerani is immersed in a beautiful and private beach side, pine forest gated community. Just a few steps from the sea and its long white sandy beach of Roccamare, one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, Guests can relax, knowing there is full privacy at the property. The Villa is built in stone, surrounded by stunning landscapes of forestry with a beautiful lawn and large gardens. At the front, there is a terrace full of geraniums, inspiring the name of the villa, and at the back, a large patio overlooking the pool area with two living corners of opposing couches. From the garden, a private path of about 70 meters leads directly to the beach. Access to the beach is private to the Villa. A tent and a private bungalow are available on the beach.
The villa has been recently renovated, while still preserving its traditional Tuscan charm with the use of colour and antique furniture. The entrance to the main level opens into a beautiful living room with fireplace and direct access to the patio, the dining room with large French windows leading to a part of the garden / patio set up with barbecue for pleasant outdoor dining, the kitchen is also connected to the living area, practical and functional. There is also a television room located downstairs, with HD TV and access to several popular streaming services including Disney+, Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime. There is excellent WiFi throughout the property.
The villas kitchen is equipped with two gas cookers with four burners each, two traditional ovens, a dishwasher, and a large fridge with freezer. There are several spaces for guests to dine, one inside and two outside with a barbecue. The outdoor dining table can seat up to sixteen people, perfect for entertaining. The Villa is self catered. Staff can be arranged upon request.
A total of seven rooms are available for guests on the main floor of the Villa. Two on the front and five on the sea facing side of the villa. All seven bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. All have air conditioning, Wifi and mosquito nets. The lower floor includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms for the exclusive use of the villa staff. The villa is also abundantly furnished with linens for the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Located between Castiglione della Pescaia and Grosseto, Diaccia Botrona is a beautiful protected nature reserve in Tuscany which stretches for over 1000 hectares and is one of the most important wetlands in Italy because of its wildlife. The access to the protected area is free and with a good telescope and a pair of Wellingtons you can observe different species of birds, such as hawks, herons, wild geese and ducks, but even various mammals such as foxes, badgers, hedgehogs and porcupines, or reptiles such as tortoises, tree frogs and grass snakes. In addition, Diaccia Botrona is one of the few areas in Italy where flamingos live.

This seaside resort is renowned for its beautiful beaches and large pine forests that continue as far as Marina di Grosseto, where they end with the magnificent Pineta del Tombolo. The territory of Castiglione della Pescaia is perfect for long walks, horseriding or cycling and also features plenty of opportunities to sample delicious wines produced in the area.
