The house is built on two levels. The interior is spacious, utilizing large sliding windows to seamlessly connect with the terraces and bathe them in sunlight. The furniture is modern and practical with many iconic and classic contemporary pieces. The ground floor living area has a black lava fireplace, dining area, and fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The lower level is home to the service room, kitchen and laundry room.

There are 6 modern and minimalist bedrooms in total. 2 large ensuite master bedrooms on the Ground Level. 3 double ensuite bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with ensuite are situated on the Lower Level of the property. (NB the ground level bedrooms are higher standard than the lower level bedrooms)

Skiathos is a short drive away from the house and well worth a visit. With lots of shops and restaurants, this is perfect for dinner and a stroll one evening. It also has some stunning picturesque beaches, such as Lalaria, which is only accessible by boat.
Skiathos is one of a group of islands known as the Sporades, known for their crystal clear waters, pine forests, and coastal diving and snorkelling. We would recommend visiting some of the other islands, such as Alonnisos, Skopelos and Skyros. Alonnisos in particular is spectacularly beautiful. Surrounded by uninhabited isles, it is at the centre of a marine park that’s home to dolphins and Mediterranean monk seals.
