The property enjoys a 5 acre garden, main outdoor terrace for dining, an eye-shaped infinity pool and a plunge pool. There is also tennis and table tennis.
Myrtia has an open-plan drawing room and kitchen with French windows opening onto the top terrace. Jacaranda has a sitting room and fully equipped kitchen. The villas’ spacious living rooms all have spectacular sea views, and gentle breezes keep them cool and comfortable in the daytime.
The house is fully staffed with cleaners and breakfast which are inclusive. Homemade bread daily, possibility of two cooked meals and breakfast each day (extra food and drink can be arranged upon request at an additional cost). Cocktails offered every evening and a master chef who will cook in front of guests if they wish.
Villa Jacaranda sleeps 6 in 3 double bedrooms. Villa Myrtia accommodates 12 guests in 6 doubles. Sea Folly is a romantic jewel of a private villa perched on the cliff, with a double bedroom, his and hers bathroom, and views of the little island in Kapari Bay from every window and from its own secluded sun deck.
Every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.

Neighbouring Kefalonia is only a car or ferry ride away. The house can organise wine-tasting at the boutique vineyard here, followed by the best seafood lunch on the island.
