The main feature of the house is the extended vine pergola terrace in paved stone facing the valley (south-west) and an Al fresco dining area for 16 people. There is a built in barbecue, heated saltwater swimming pool (12×6 meters) with a straw changing hut and covered picnic area (with small fridge, pergola and cotta pavement). The house has a vegetable and flower garden, orchard and olive groves as well as 30 acres of private woodland surrounding the house.
The house was designed by a very notable Italian interior designer. Her own designs are modern, sleek and colorful and encompass every detail of her projects. From the chairs and the lamps to the forks and the linens, the effortless casual sophistication has become her trademark and creates a uniquely cohesive whole.
There is 1 Small but very well-equipped country kitchen, with large stone counter top, large fridge with separate freezer, ice and cold water dispenser and dishwasher. There is 1 dining room seating 10 and a chef and other services available on request.
